@nohillside In a sandboxed app FDA does not give / access. It only removes the additional protections on the Mail Database and other "private" files. The sandboxed app still needs to go through the hoops of sandbox bookmarks and grabbing files from NSOpenPanels.

Can‘t we simply say: FDA gives full access starting from /, Files&Folders only gives access to the listed/enabled folders?
