I am new to MACMac.

In Windows OS, I use MS paintPaint to dynamically adjust the canvas using the mouse by dragging the borders within the GUI. (to to paste multiple (cropped)imagescropped images into it to create a single new image).

Is there a way to do this in MAC OSmacOS using inbuiltApple default or any other paid apps where I can dynamically resize the canvas using the mouse? Manually entering percentages or dimensions to resize the canvas  (either in the app or in terminal) is confusing to me to achieve the right canvas size.
