COMMAND Command or SHIFTShift key modifiers always activated

Regularly, when I am using Photoshop CC 2018Photoshop CC 2018 (mostly) suddently, suddenly I got a modifier key who stay always activated sometimemodifier key which always stays activated. Sometime it is the COMMANDCommand key, orand sometimes the SHIFTShift key which, which make impossible to workit impossible to work with these kind of applications using intensly the modifiers keys forintensely the for almost anything...

The only way is to reboot, but even so, I suspect that when I have rebooted and relaunched Adobe Photoshop, the mean bad appends very quickly, so very hard  / almostalmost impossible to work.

Here isHere's my setting configuration: MacPro 4,1 (Nehalem) with Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan and the Adobe CC 2018 suite///

  • MacPro 4,1 (Nehalem) running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

  • Adobe CC 2018 Suite

alsoAlso, I have a WACOM INTUOS 4Wacom Intuos4 Tablet, (actually with driver 6.3.32-46.3.32-4) BUT, but I got the bug since several previous version of the wacom tabletWacom Tablet driver and, and (suprisesurprise) a mouse and a keyboard. worth mentionning

Worth mentioning: the keyboard is actually a window keyboard.Window keyboard, but it didn't need any driver to install. I just got few key not related to macMac function, but even the F1F1 to F15F15 key function work as intended by appleApple when using it with the FNFn key (SOUND UPSound Up/ DOWN Down/ MUTEMute and misssion controlMission Control etc...)
