Jul 23, 2018 at 13:18 | comment | added | Elijah | Over time I have been able to live with this - somewhat. I’ve gotten my success rate to 90%+ at recovering target iMac after disconnecting. I press the power button on the back of the Mac. Sometimes I have to repeat it once more, press and hold the power button for 1 second. It appears to come out of hibernation when I do this, but not until a couple of seconds pass, thinking. Since the time I originally asked the question, Apple has done something to improve on this issue. | |
