Is it normal for the iMac late 2014 retina ,AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4096 MB5K's GPU to be at 90℃ with fan on constantly?

I have iMac reitna 27 late 2014 and I have Dell UltraSharp U2715H 27-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor connecting to the imac . I found that gpu diodethe GPU die on my iMac is around 90C90℃ and the fan is kicking in all the time. Is Is this normal an if? If not then, how should I fix it?
