Clicking the bookmark of chromebookmarks in Google Chrome will shineblink twice before the website opens?

I have a problem with my 2016 MBP and I have nowhere to turn to for help, so I just write here, I hope this will not disturb you too much.

  The problem is, when I click my bookmarkbookmarks in my chromeGoogle Chrome, the bookmark will quickly shineblink twice, and then open before opening the website. BTW, the bookmark should be in a folder under the address bar.

TheI am running macOS isSierra 10.12.3 and the chromeGoogle Chrome version is 56 (it seems notalthough it doesn't seem to matter).

What's the problem? Should I go to fix my MBP, or it's ais this normal issue offor MacOS? Thanks.

I am running macOS Sierra 10.12.3 and Google Chrome version 56 (although it doesn't seem to matter).

What's the problem? Should I go to fix my MBP, or is this normal for MacOS?
