There is a way.

Go to

Settings > General > Storage and iCloud Usage

You should see two buttons labelled ‘Manage Storage’. Click on the first.

This will give you a list of apps installed.

Hope this helps including if they are in the App Library, offloaded or fully installed and present on the Home Screen / baseboard.
