MAC MINI SERVER PASSWORD LOCKED Mac mini Server Password Locked

I purchased a large inventory of office furniture with IT equipment. The Mac mini server iI received is password locked and i cantI can't get in. 

When iI start the computer I have aan option for Admin or guestGuest User. The Admin account is password locked and the guestGuest User account wont let me do anything. 

How do I access the Admin account without a password?
