In macOS 12.3, the database path appears to have moved to ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Safari/CloudTabs.db .

Also, the location of the file is actually ~/Library/Safari/CloudTabs.db

I don't have the chops necessary, but if it helps there's a .db file at ~/Library/Application Support/Safari/CloudTabs.db which I assume contains the relevant data. I wasn't able to open it using my SQLite browser though... | |
