My guess would be the GUID's and/or attributes are wrong for the "Macintosh HD" and "Recovery HD" partitions. It may be possible to display these values using the diskpart command. After select disk 0 , you would need to select vol 2 and then enter detail part . Repeat for Volume 3. Post the results to your question. Also, what is the model/year of your Mac?
