I agree with Trent although I'd first checkout the .Backup.log of the initial backup to see if it reports Backup complete. before starting over. To do this using Terminal issue the following command while replacing the $parameters with appropriate info. Look at the hierarchical path through Finder to get this info. Command Syntax: sudo cat /Volumes/$VolumeName/Backups.backupdb/$ComputerName/$DateOfBackup/.Backup.log Example: sudo cat /Volumes/Backup/Backups.backupdb/MacBookPro/2015-09-11-230447/.Backup.log
