Okay--- so here goes, I was having the same problem and I've fixed it....
GotGo to 'General----->SpotlightGeneral → Spotlight Search------> the click off and disable Bing Web Results, News, and Spotlight Suggestions..... And Voila!, and voilà!

Got to 'General----->Spotlight Search------> the click off Bing Web Results, News, and Spotlight Suggestions..... And Voila!!
Go to General → Spotlight Search and disable Bing Web Results, News and Spotlight Suggestions, and voilà!
