mac doesnt After using a virus scanner to clean my Mac, it will no longer start

for the past week, i haveI had been getting a lot of pop-ups and too manybrowser ads on my browser. iMac and I suspected it might be due to a virus andso I installed the avastAvast. After running thea virus scan, itAvast found 10 viruses and 18 warnings, which i deleted allI told it to delete. i

It might have deleted some system files sobecause now my mac wontwill not start. afterIf shows the appleApple logo on boot and then it shows like an error logo with the processing shaftbar and that's as far as it stays like thisever gets. pls

Please tell me what i should do now thankshow I can get my Mac back in to a working state?

It might have deleted some system files because now my mac will not start. If shows the Apple logo on boot and then it shows an error logo with the processing bar and that's as far as it ever gets.
