I don't know who is responsible for this issue. But I think this is totally on MS as they made this "Exchange Activesync"/"Hotmail active sync"/"outlook.com"/"active sync" proprietary thing. So Mac OS X mail app and all famous apps including outlook 2011 for mac doesn't support Active Exchange. But theres a solution
