ShiftIt won! Spectacle is not able to un-zoom a window. It has an option called Fullscreen , that's actually not MacOS' fullscreen (zoom), but maximize. And when a window is in the fullscreen (zoomed) mode, Spactacle is unable to control it at all. But ShiftIt is able to un-zoom it and then it's possible to move it to another display.
