As mentioned by Fabrice, Little SnitchLittle Snitch is a means to solve this problem. It doesn't answer the OP's actualoriginal question (which is how to disable apsdapsd from running), but it can solve thethis sort of problem, albeit in a bandaid way, that the OPauthor of the question has.
