I first got into computers in 1982, and learned to program on an Apple //+. Switched to Mac in 2003. I'm not a computer pro; it's just a hobby. I hope any of my questions or answers are helpful.

Recover docx files What do you mean by "none of the passwords on our word documents work any longer"? Do the files now open without a password at all, or do they not open with the password you previously assigned? Have the files been modified since you assigned the password to them? |

Pen drive does not show on mac on attaching but show error on removal? When you attach the drive, launch Disk Utility. Does the drive show up there? Do other drives appear on your desktop when you connect them? |

Is there any Software on mac similar to Minitab? What do you mean by "similar"? Is the question whether there is statistical software for Mac OS or is there a particular set of features or user experience from Minitab you hope to replicate in Mac software? |

How can I add Trash icon to the sidebar in Mac OS X Lion? You could Go to Folder "/System/Library/CoreServices/Menu Extras/Eject.menu/Contents/Resources", open the file "Eject.pdf", Go to File, Export, and save it to the desktop as a png file. Open the PNG in Preview, Command-A , Command C. Then select the Empty Trash application, Get Info, highlight the icon in the upper left, and paste the eject image to change the icon to an eject symbol. Then re-drag the eject application to the sidebar. |
