Word 2011 creates a 66 MB PDF from a 1 MB Word file @TimB that document uses a few nonstandard fonts: Myriad Pro and Arno Pro, in two weights and italics… that might be it, but the font files themselves aren't big enough to explain 66 MB size. |

How do I delete attachments from mails I sent @Abramodj when an email is stored in your inbox, you can suppress its attachments (it's in the Message menu) from your local copy… this helps keeping the size of mail archives down to something reasonable |
