Lion Server DHCP randomly loses settings and reverts to defaults And did you set the log detail levels for DHCP to high? Just to get a bit more info... |

Lion Server DHCP randomly loses settings and reverts to defaults I assume you created a pool of DHCP subnets for your computers on the network. And I also assume that your setup is a home network with lion server connected to your modem and sharing the Internet connection via DHCP, correct? |

Lion Server DHCP randomly loses settings and reverts to defaults Hum. Ok. So can't be that. Can you post a copy of the logs around the time you believe it reverts to defaults, if possible? |

How can I install Snow Leopard on a new iMac or install FCP6 on Lion? Yes, I know. But FCP isn't a ppc app, looks like the installer is. This is why installing it in snow leopard first the upgrading the OS to lion should solve the problem. But does apple support FCP 6 or 7 on lion? That's a good question... |

What is wired memory? I agree, lots of page ins and outs is a sign of not enough ram. I have 8 gb of ram in my system, and I frequently run out of "free" space, running Xcode and adobe apps... I am thinking about putting 16 gb soon, once the price goes below 500$. I hope it'll be enough for awhile! :-) |

iMac excessive GPU heat when using a second display Yes, possibly. Could be worth it to bring it in to see a tech or a genius @ apple store. They have diagnostic tools that could help find the source of the problem... |

Updating iPod Touch from iOS 3 to 4 - have lost all apps and music What model is this iPod? Perhaps you could upgrade it to iOS 5 right now and redownload everything then, since it's completely erased anyways. if you go to this address: support.apple.com/specs/# and enter the iPod's serial number right after the #, you will get the specs for this model. If it says it's a 3rd or 4th Gen iPod touch it can be upgraded to iOS 5, otherwise it can't. |

Updating iPod Touch from iOS 3 to 4 - have lost all apps and music But all the thngs that were bought on the iTunes Store and App Store should in theory be re-downloadable. Just log in with the Apple ID the iPod's owner was using and see what appears in the Update section of the App Store. There should be a "bought items" section from which apps can be reinstalled. But as for personal data like game saves and prefs, all that is gone, sorry. |

Updating iPod Touch from iOS 3 to 4 - have lost all apps and music Yes, not synching the iPod properly with the computer it was attached to or not doing a "special" sync with a new computer before erased everything on the iPod, sorry. |
