Do you have a laptop (i.e. a Mac with a battery), and, if so, is it possible you set the screensaver delay while plugged in and restarted unplugged? I believe Adapter Power and Battery Power have two separate settings for the screen saver delay...

May 15	comment	I am having trouble getting apache to work via terminal on mac os x 10.8.3 Also, have you had Apache working under OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion before? The method for activating the web server has changed since previous version of the OS.
