Coming out of screen-lock, sometimes my machine will sleep/lock 30 seconds after I just updated to 10.8.3. Hopefully they buried a fix for this in there..There was one fix regarding "display issues coming out of sleep" I think.. will follow up on this. |

Can't download Mountain Lion from app store on a Mac already running Mountain Lion? Also, in case you weren't aware, your mac should have a recovery system that is independent of your hard drive, so if you're upgrading hard drives, and have internet, you can rebuild your drive. Cmd-R should start this, as noted by this list of shortcuts: support.apple.com/kb/ht1533 (I assume this is why the macs no longer ship with install dvds/usbs---although I think you can purchase a installer usb from mac) |

Can't download Mountain Lion from app store on a Mac already running Mountain Lion? I'm not familiar with the Lion Diskmaker Simon recommends, but what I found w/ the USB recovery drive that Matt recommends is that you have to be connected to the internet to do an install---as I discovered once while trying to do it offline while on vacation. If you can find someone that has purchased the ML upgrade, they can re-download the DMG installer, from which you can build an offline-friendly installer DVD/USB. |

Is there a tabbed PDF reader for Mac OS X? For what it's worth, I tried emailing the developers of Skim, noting that github.com/rsms/chromium-tabs could be used to add tabs to their project (in their feature list, they said the lack of native support for tabs in OS X/Cocoa is the main roadblock) |

How can I use Gmail as the default mail client app in Mac OS X? I like this more than the Google Notifier, as it is one less thing cluttering up my icon bar. Note: as of May 2012, development on Webmailer is probably stopping due to the developer getting a job at Apple (source: his blog) |
