Unnecessary. Almost everyone has a multitouch device, and if you don't like that, you'd know how to set a short cut yourself

comment Can a Mac OS X DVD that came with a computer be used to upgrade another computer?
I'm pretty sure it's because it detects the current OS. Have you tried formatting your drive and then attempting the install?

comment How to decrease the delay to drag and drop files into windows via Dock?
I just did what i hate people doing on Ask Different: posting a stupid question that could have easily be solved by one quick visit to preferences… >_< Although, in my defence, I didn't even think of looking at this, since this option was originally only for folders

comment Advised setup for: Parallels, Time Machine, Security, Windows 7, and MS Visual Studio 2010
You DO NOT need to partition the drive for Time Machine. Time Machine will be happy running in it's own folder, so long as it isn't messed with. Everything else can be used freely by the user.

I hate to burst you're bubble, but you probably use other syncing tools like iCloud, Google's sync or some sort of e-mail service that know you better than you do lol

Is this in order to open the path in terminal? I have a more elegant solution if that is the case

comment Is it dangerous to reinstall 10.7.4
TBH i think finding a "fix" now will just be delaying the inevitable change to this look that'll probably come with all new versions

What's wrong with the unified bar? most people are thinking "about time!" The web inspector issue might just be your set up, it seems to be working fine here
