comment how to delete files from iTunes without Time Machine deleting from external hard drive
YES. because a reliable back-up totally deletes files that go missing… but no seriously, imagine how useless that would be

It does not, but previous does. iPhoto is for managing photos, not making graphics.

comment Can't relaunch Finder and the menubar is missing
i'm looking into a way of clearing the gunk clogging up systemUIServer but i can only use AppZapper to do it if it's closed, which is tough since its autolaunched by launchd

i've never heard of that before =/ that's unfortunate. I think reinstalling lion would be the easiest way to fix it

comment Any issues upgrading a MacBookPro4,1 (Early 2008) to Lion?
Actually there is a VERY simple terminal "trick" that makes airdrop relay on your local network for connectivity as opposed to a "personal area network" (that only devices considered airdrop compatible have)

comment How feasibile is it to run a newer version of OSX on a used Mac?
Actually 32 bit intel processors CAN run lion, they're just not supposed to by restriction set by apple, which can easily be changed by editing this once text file inside the installer of lion.

Unlike android, u can expect to see every device be running the newest os unless limited by hardware model, so for the most part u can assume a very large amount of the users are on iOS 4

comment An external monitor for my macbook late 2008. Trouble?
I HIGHLY suggest you use your macbook (open) alongside your main monitor to avoid heating issues, as well as gain the use of a dual monitor set up
