comment Can I use AppleScript to upload a file to a webpage open in Safari using drag and drop?
You can try to use Automator's "Watch me do" (it saves your mouse and keyboard events) and you can replay it later. Thing like this are Site specific, so can't give more precise answer.

comment OSX Mavericks with Belkin Router - Internet stops working after 5-10 minutes
From the above: it is not IP problem (ICMP/ping) works. Not UDP problem (DNS) works. (for sure, you can check the dns with the host or nslookup commands). Not WiFi problem, because you can connect to the router. The curl hangs. So is seems as some weird TCP layer problem in the router. You can check telnet somehost some_well_known_port to verify this or with ssh or with any other "protocol" but http. But probably it is not easy to diagnose.

You said than the ping to hostname from the terminal works. For more diagnostic try some terminal based http connection, like curl http://www.google.com from the Terminal. (btw, tracert - isn't very macish)

ABSOLUTELY marvelous. I simple created a script called Safari in my $PATH with a shebang #!/usr/bin/osascript and works like a charm. Thank you!

Tried you first make only 1 partition and split/resize after? (only for evidence, backup is a must when trying such things)

@rraallvv Two years old answer, so sry, don't know. Didn't tried it under Mavericks. Some applications has builtin this functionality, like MplayerX or VLC and such.
