@user14492 I was afraid of that, but I figured putting this out on the web would be good for others experiencing the problem. I'll report back here when I find out more. To anyone else finding this, you are not alone!

@mikegreiling My issue was not with trying to connect something via bluetooth, it was with trying to remove an old device from the menu that I no longer used.

You should be able to use canned air to remove the dust. Do not use a compressor to blow out computer internals! Compressors usually have high pressure and can break fans and other delicate internals. Just use some canned-air to clean the machine. Use the canned air in short bursts.
