comment Mac users cannot connect to VPN
The log entries should be a lot more than just one line. Just to be clear: You did start console.app in /applications/utilities? if so, if you try to connect from a mac to the cisco router, there should be entries from 'racoon', 'nesessionmanager' and 'nsurlsessionid' among others (prob. 50 lines per connection attempt). Post these.

comment Mac users cannot connect to VPN
Please post the Console entries concerning the connection attempts by the Mac Users. Additionally it will be very helpful if you post the OS Versions of the Mac(s?) and the Cisco Router Model.

A Typo? The current Version is "MS 2016 v15.19.1". Have you tried updating?

comment Headings and numbering glitch(es) in MS Word for Mac 2015 Version 15.18
Which Version of Word are you using? Also, Numbering of Headlines isn't part of the default Word Template (it's a *.dotx File, the exact name is localized). you could try resetting or redefining it.

@RedEagle: I was wondering the same as James - why against Samsung. I prefer Samsung and had very good experience with them.

The First entry, "system Log Queries > All Messages" should display all you need (see an example here: support.omnigroup.com/assets/article_img/support/…;.

comment Mac preview crash everytime when searching
It's probably crashing due to a corrupt Spotlight index. The NSOutlineView has trouble getting the relevant data (developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/…). Rebuild the Spotlight index would be my recommendation.

comment cannot boot. volume disappeared from boot option after Disk Utility (GUI) repair
Boot again in Recovery Mode (Cmd+R), but this time start the Terminal. In the Terminal type in "diskutil list" and post the result (screenshot f.e.). As Buscar said, you probably killed your EFI Partition and it will not show up.

comment Use a Mac App Store free app without having to associate/login to AppleID?
I think creating a 'Corporate Account'(so to speak) to download the App would be the best way for you. There is a way to de-associate an app from the ID, but it would probably go against the terms of use (for the App-Store) and therefore not advisable in a business/corporate environment (or private for that matter).

no Probl. Try looking into the Console for strange entires. Apple has made major changes in the USB-Stack. Have you any other devices connected?

comment OS X 10.11.3 Update, keyboard lagging
Your Description is too vague: What kind of keyboard (Apple USB, Apple Bluetooth etc.)? What kind of Mac (iMac, Mabook, Mabook Pro etc.)? In what environment is the situation occuring/what Software (XCode, Sublime Text, Word etc.)? Is the situation repeatable when it is happening, f.e. in other Software? Have you looked in the Console? If so post any possible relevant Entries.

comment Why does Finder slow down and start beach balling after heavy use?
The description is too vague to be helpful. Post the Log entries from the console, maybe there are some clues to your problem.

comment How to disable incoming SMTP for IMAP accounts in Apple Mail?
Just to be clear: The SMTP-Protocol is used for sending E-Mails, You can choose between POP and IMAP for receiving E-Mails. That in Mind, either you are mixing the protocols in your description or i don't understand what you are trying to accomplish.
