Why is my iPhone 4 slower with iOS 6 than iOS 5? @Gerry Disagreed. The subject is very clear and Apple has limited software features from older phones intentionally in the past. I am not bashing Apple, I am trying to learn why the phone is slower with an OS update. Further, the quote "as software and the OS become more advanced, your hardware will become slower" is not true at all. Advancement is not equal to slower performance with older devices. I am currently typing this on a 4 year old MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion installed. |

How to create an up to date ML recovery? You could also use SuperDuper to have a bootable back-up. I know this isn't the question but it helped me massively. |

I get an error message when I try to update any app Guessing that you are having a problem related to the credit card. I think your best bet is to contact Apple support or the Genius bar folks (if there is an Apple Store close by). |

How to resize Macintosh HD? 'If "force" is not given, and the first partition is not resizable, you will be prompted if you want to erase.' Considering that DiskUtility does not allow re-size, sounds like it will not be allowed. |

Your question is not very clear; are you trying to update your iOS apps through iPhone/iPad or OS X applications through a MacBook? Is your credit card information verified correctly/up-to-date? If yes and if on OS X, try signing out of App Store and signing back-in and try again. Here is a discussion that is caused by multiple accounts. Have you ever logged-in using another account into the App Store on your computer? |
