Is there a better photo application than iPhoto for managing iPhone videos and photos? Looks like rebuilding everything, including thumbnails, fixed my speed issues! I did it by simply opening iPhoto while holding down the option and command keys. |

Is there a better photo application than iPhoto for managing iPhone videos and photos? I have 8gbytes RAM and it causes problems even with a fresh restart. I have 500gbytes of free disk space. Otherwise I haven't messed with it much. How can I fix caches? |

What is the best way to backup photos & videos from iPhoto online? As I mentioned in my question Dropbox is not an option due to their storage limitations. However, I really like Dropbox' mechanism. Is Mozy or Backblaze the same? It's hard to tell from their website, can I designate a particular folder to be my backup folder? |

Want to post an iphone 4 video on youtube, but it needs to be rotated I very purposely put the camera horizontal when filming. I'll try again. I didn't see a save button in Quicktime initially, but then realized I just had to close the window after rotating and Quicktime will ask me to save it. So that worked well. |

Comfortable typing on a MacBook Pro? ideally I'd love to continue using it on my lap, not heavy at all right now. But I'd be happy just having a good portable solution even requiring a desk. |

Comfortable typing on a MacBook Pro? I love that mStand! But I realize I couldn't use it on my lap, assuming I could feel comfortable balancing it on my lap anyway.. because I need a mouse and the wireless keyboard doesn't have a trackpad. Also great idea about the small flat object in the back of the MBP. You know what would be interesting for me is to have a wireless keyboard and a wireless monitor (not even necessary to be wireless) that I can balance on my lap. Then I could have a much more comfortable experience. But the keyboard would have to have a trackpad... |

Comfortable typing on a MacBook Pro? Not a bad idea, but I very much like that mStand Ingmar posted instead of a bookstand. The keyboard doesn't go underneath, but because the mStand is at an angle the screen doesn't appear as far away. |
