comment Is there any multiple terminal emulator for Mac OS?
meh, I'd been using terminator, but unhappy with how little it was integrated with osx. Look at the other answers re iTerm2. It eats terminator for breakfast. Sarah.

-1 for mentioning (the now "no longer under active development) TotalTerminal. No. Not really, no minus 1. But I just went to have a look to try it out, and it's no longer developed. However iTerm2 IS AWESOME, so take a +1 instead lol

comment Will my warranty be valid in other countries if I buy an iPad in Korea?
Yes I did call Apple directly. I spoke to someone in the USA and they confirmed what the repairer told me. He even stated he could not repair my phone EVEN IF I PAID FOR THE SERVICE because HE would be voiding an existing warranty! Even though he could (and did) repair my MBP (under warranty). He could repair Apple phones bought locally, but would only repair intl phones if the warranty was already expired. The Apple Rep CONFIRMED EVERYTHING the authorised repairer told me. Contacting Apple did clarify my option (singular): take it back to Australia, they would NOT repair it anywhere else

comment Old Apple ID's don't work
I just thought I would add, when I first signed up with Apple, a VERY long time ago, I had inadvertently created two apple IDs with minor differences. I just tried the other one and it still (surprisingly) worked! I never downloaded music through it, but I had downloaded PAID apps :(

Thanks for you very detailed answer. It's not something that I was worried about, more just wanted to get to the bottom of it. More because I was writing a script to interpret the response and then this popped up (and I wasn't expecting it). Regards

comment Is Apple's warranty international?
It's very annoying. Every answer ranks higher than mine and they're all wrong. Apple's own website says so, and I have experienced it first hand. I love Apple, but fanbois need to stop posting how great they are and guessing answers unless they know the facts. I only checked this again a few months ago and it's still the case. It MAY accepted, but by no means is it a guarantee (which in my eyes makes it no warranty either) Ahh well. It's an old post now. Lol.
