Thanks for the info, very helpful indeed. I accept that battery life diminishes; I'm trying to determine if a $129 replacement is worth it. For 2 more hours, it would be; for another 30 minutes, it isn't. Given that my battery's condition is still listed as "Normal", I'm inclined to think it's the latter.

@lemonginger: I mostly want to be able to full-screen zoom on apps within sub-windows. (It would also be nice if Lion's full-screen mode played nice with multi-window setups, but that's another subject...) Lri: I'm fine with removing that, I'll check out the other question for alternatives.
