How do I reclaim the “other” space on my iPad? Great answer overall, but I don't understand your last paragraph. After all, you got your 1.1gb of space back, so why would there be anything more to be removed from 'other'? My best guess is the real Racing is a 445mb download, but uncompresses some graphics data on the device, such as textures. That probably wouldn't count as 'other' data as it's not user data but part of the app. |
