How to print as PDF using Acrobat 10, when no printer is installed? Don't you need Adobe Distiller for full PDF printing? |

“USB device drawing too much power” error on startup with no devices connected If lots of people are getting this error it poses the question how were they upgraded? Perhaps your IT department has a bad install or the incorrect install they are putting on all the machines? |

kernel_task consumes 500% CPU on AC power, sometimes This is interesting, but you have to ask what is causing the problem in the first place. Something isn't right. As I said, everytime I've seen this, there has been a hardware fault. |

Will an Airport Express extend the Wi-Fi of another-non Apple Access Point? In my experience I have not been able to make an Airport Express extend anything other than another Apple router. |

Why do external hard drives stop working under very specific conditions? So why can't you eject them properly? What's happening? |

Why do external hard drives stop working under very specific conditions? So you're writing to a Windows drive in OS X with no extra frameworks... |

Why do external hard drives stop working under very specific conditions? Presumably you've got some software installed on the Mac to read and write to NTFS disks, perhaps it's due to the disk not being GUID. |

Why do external hard drives stop working under very specific conditions? If the Mac is writing data to the drive when you pull it out you are going to have this problem. Just eject the disk properly. |

Why my screen switched off a few times without any reason? Of course. If it doesn't work correctly or has a bad connection then it's entirely possible |

Is there a difference between factory unlocked and carrier unlocked? I'd like to make two side notes to this: firstly I wouldn't expect a retailer to take a product (sealed or not) that was not actually sold by them, it's another companies inventory, regardless of who the manufacturer is. And if the phone had been reported lost and had been replaced via insurance it would likely have an IMEI lock on it and wouldn't be able to make or receive calls anyway. |

Using iCloud on Leopard with iPhone 4 Please correct me if I'm wrong but I thought if you hadn't upgraded to iCloud by now you can't at all, the account will no longer be available for iCloud. |

Which wifi repeater to buy that can be OS X configured? In my experience it only really seems to work (for extending, not bridging) with other Apple routers. Just something to think about. |

New iPhone 4S using 10 times faster battery than old 4, why? Typically you can Erase all Contents and Settings which will resolve most software issues. This doesn't require a computer but does essentially create a new user account. |
