How to wake the screen from terminal? Yes, you are right, the Windows machine is the server, but I am not too keen on changing that to be honest. I want to use Windows keyboard and mouse and keep MacBook closed. |

How many SMS and contacts can be stored in an iPhone I am not aware of any reason why iPhone on its own would do such thing. |

How to restrict “Remote Login” (ssh) access to only certain IP ranges? Unlikely or not, doesn't really matter, does it? Apart from external IP situation, consider Public WiFi networks. I know which networks are safe for me and I'd like to restrict access to only these networks. My question is a little more generic though which was my intention. |

How to restrict “Remote Login” (ssh) access to only certain IP ranges? Yes, I am aware of that. Unfortunately this isn't really a solution for me as this is for my MacBook Pro which occasionally is connected to networks with external IP and no router in-between. |

Enabling remote login without password authentication @Gerry I have had my personal private/public keys generated for a while now. I used cat id_rsa.pub >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys, but no success. |
