iTunes song selection goes to top after clearing search box My problem happened well before the update last week. I think it's a bug with the UI framework that iTunes uses (which is I believe is Cocoa) |

iTunes song selection goes to top after clearing search box Yep, this somewhat achieves the goal. Still would love to have the old functionality back; it's useful while doing something like creating a playlist without constantly changing the song as you scroll down |

Can I use the Mac OS X Install DVD that came with my Mac Mini on my Macbook? Thanks everyone for the answers. This was actually the case, I tried the install and before the installer would even start I got a "Mac OS X can't be installed on this computer." Supposedly there are work arounds but they didn't seem worth it; I did more searching and found my Snow Leopard install DVD. forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=590753 |

Switching two MacBook motherboards I would assume by switching the logic board I'd also be switching the corresponding processor/videocard/VRAM. So basically a total swap --- all the internals of one with all the internals of the other (keeping obvious similar pieces like the superdrive). |
