What tiny thing in iOS 5 makes you smile, or has caught you off guard? Use @@ for your email address and ## for your phone number |

How do I remove files from iTunes which have been deleted on disk? Hrm. Just tried it again and it seems to be working. Either a recent update to iTunes 11 fixed this or I missed something before. |

How do I remove files from iTunes which have been deleted on disk? Unfortunately as of iTunes 11 this appears to no longer work. Invalid tracks are now added to the playlist. |

Enable Time Machine to backup an SD Card? Not backing up TO SD, rather using SD as additional storage and want that to be backed up via TM |

Enable Time Machine to backup an SD Card? @vcsjones great point, I believe it's exFAT but I could try reformatting it to HFS+ to test |

What hidden features have you found in iOS 6? It's not about dialing, it's about having a phone number in a contact, web page, or email where iOS' data detector turns it into a clickable link. |

What hidden features have you found in iOS 6? I've only tested it a bit but a space then x### seems to work. I suspect it will pick up a few other methods too. But tried with 'ex' instead of x and it didn't work. |

What is a good Time Capsule substitute? My understanding is that the ONLY supported way to use Time Machine over a wireless network is via an Apple Time Capsule. From my experience and research, trying to use Time Machine on a wireless drive/NAS is not only unsupported but extremely unreliable. |

Downloading voicemail to my laptop Your phone has to be jailbroken for iExplorer to access voicemail files. Apparently the paid version (Phone to Mac or Phone to PC) will copy voicemail off a 'regular' iPhone: macroplant.com/phonetomac |

What tiny thing in iOS 5 makes you smile, or has caught you off guard? On further use this may be a bug as it doesn't seem to always happen (reliably or consistently), or only a partially supported feature. Trying to get to the bottom of this: discussions.apple.com/thread/3836857 |

Why does my iPhone use so much “other” space after upgrade to iOS 5? Perhaps try an app like iExplorer (macroplant.com/iexplorer) or PhoneView (ecamm.com/mac/phoneview) to see if you can easily browse the file system of your iPad to determine what is taking up the space: |

Why does my iPhone use so much “other” space after upgrade to iOS 5? You may want to try a backup and then factory restore. Also, check if there are any apps that store (large amounts of) data locally that could be taking it up. |

Know of any features or tips and tricks in OS X 10.7 (Lion)? Good tip, but I don't believe this is specific to Lion (10.7.x) |

Most iPhone 4S photos import into iPhoto 11 as all black images This worked for me. Such a simple solution - I was used to rebooting back in the Windows days, but forgot it can be necessary even in OSX. |

How can I view and copy an email address in a message header within iOS' Mail.app? You have to double tap to view the address, at least in iOS5, but you can then view and copy it. |
