OS X license on used Mac? Some options about Support: First rule of thumb is, call again. See where you get with a new tech support person. I'd probably google the issue and check Apple Discussions first, to have some evidence. And was your call bumped up a level? |

Cannot find image saved to cloud from preview Maybe not consider iCloud a handy place to save to. Not as far as easy retrieval goes. Save to computer, yes. Save to Photostream, yes--tho that has to be done in iPhoto--and then it will be on any iDevices. |

Why won't Office 2011 install on Snow Leopard? Has Office ever been installed on that machine? If so, the installer may be reading receipts or preferences that make it think this machine is ineligible. Another thing to consider is the media you are trying to install from. A download? Try a fresh one. A DVD? Try cleaning it. |
