Mac Mail won't connect to Exchange 2007 Have you tried deleting that entry from the login keychain? Trashing Mail preferences file? Am assuming Restarts between trial fixes. too. And that you've run Disk Utility and repaired permissions, too. |

Have: Single partition firewire HD w/ 10.5.8 (my StartUp Disk), 2 bootable USB drives (1st= 10.6.7, 2nd= 10.8.2). Want: upgrade firewire HD to 10.8.2 I would just--temporarily, at least--copy those files you don't want to lose over to your machine, erase, verify + repair (run Disk Utility, and Disk Warrior if you have it) the FW HD and do a fresh install of 10.8 - then applying updates. Of course, that ignores your constraint, but drag and drop would take but minutes. And this is so much cleaner than installing over. |

My fiance's iPhone 4 is still running on iOS 5, now that 6.1.3 has been released can I upgrade her to 6.1.2 so she can use evasion? It's not much of a stuck, though. Unless you need a fix for the Exchange bug, you're fine sitting at 6.1.2. |

Viewing Composite Document File V2 Documents When you Control-Click on the item, what shows up in the Open With menu? Preview? How about Safari? Device Independent Bitmaps are BMPs, a common Windows picture format. You might even be able to view them with QuickLook. |

OSX Removing file under a “.vol” Does this have to be via Terminal? However you do so, can't you view invisible files and delete it? I would use one of the little utilities to show invisibles, change permissions temporarily with BatChmod, and trash the file ... but I don't use the command line much. |

Wireless both way sync of photos on iPhone Sure. Simplest would be to remove them by hand, delete from Camera Roll and Photostream on phone. There are ways to clear the whole Photostream; warning: may cause headaches. |
