I'm a software developer / computer science researcher who just loves everything related to the software engineering.

Although I'm continuously learning something new and different, my main field of interest is software evolution.

I know key concepts of oop, tdd, bdd, java, eclipse, c, ruby… But my main question remains the same: „How do you create a living system that is going to evolve and not begin dying slowly after the release (or even before)?“

@Lasse No, there is no plist. But they use some special data files, and there is one for bookmarks (because I've created it) but History and other directories are empty. It's a strange situation. Doesn't look like Application Support was wiped.

@Lasse wow, you were partially right. Address Book was the only one thing unchecked in iClouds preferences. And I have iCloud backup. The problem is that I don't know how should I restore bookmarks of Cyber Duck and what's worse, I don't know what else can be missing. Is there one place where could all the stuff be?

@Lasse It's not Locked and I have read and write permissions on my home. Should it be locked?

Yes, you are right. Sorry if I was to harsh. The thing is that I thought that changing of theme won't change anything anyway, so I didn't include that in question. Thank you for your effort

Yes, and this changes all the slides I already have to black. Won't do. The solution is how @unior117 wrote: new presentation and copy slides
