comment How to turn on Hardware Virtualization on Late 2013 MacBook Pro (for Windows 8.1 using Boot Camp)?
Under task manager, there should be an field telling you if virtualization is enabled. It's in full task manager, under processor tab...

I have put in a standard graphics card, and it works no problem... I dont get the Grey screen with the apple logo, and the screen is black for about 30-40 seconds when i boot, but then Windows Server kicks in and no problems what so ever. Only problem is now reinstalling Windows... Since i wont see anything with the Alt key down... Back to the existing card till i figure that out, or at least reinstall the machine...

i dont think drivers will be the problem... Windows should be able to find them, its the firmware for the machine to boot with... but i will try it out and see what happens...

thanks for the link. i will look into it... thing is, that 120 quid for a nvidia 120 card is second hand! and thats the cheapest card i can find... most of the rest of them are 300+... As for "bricking" the new card... its EUR30 quid... if it dont work, so be it... Also, think i may have a few floating around spare in house... might test on them first...
