I solved my problem formatting completely everything, the disk and the partition table. I'm sorry but I don't know how to help you. :/

@HaraldHanche-Olsen yeah, that's very odd; the disk is half empty, by the way. I can't get what's the problem. Actually I don't need it, it's just that the boot screen doesn't show my avatar but a person shape saying ‘Update needed’ (but there aren't obviously updates). The only solution I found to this is to revert the enconding and then encode again, but it doesn't seem possible.
