comment Migrate files from OS 9 software and hardware to OS X
Possible alternative: pull the HDD out of the old machine and use something like this. Not sure what interface the internal drive on the OS 9 machine is; if it's IDE or ATA, that would work fine.

comment How do I create totally independent web browsers in different Desktops?
No matter how many windows you open, they're all referencing the same application and stored history and settings. The only thing I would think to try is copying the Safari.app itself before launching, but that still might not work. If I needed to do this, I'd just run a different (like Chrome) in the other space.

comment how to annotate scanned PDF on MAC
So what you really need is the ability to draw semitransparent rectangles on a PDF image. Preview indeed can only draw opaque boxes, but there are a multitude of options out there. I've heard good things about (though haven't tried myself) PDFPen Pro. You may also find alternativeto.net to be a useful resource for other options.

comment How to save a website as an app on OS X
Neat! I think Chrome is able to do something like this natively on Windows -- I wonder if feature parity for the mac version is on its way.
