MacBook Air
The first MacBook Air was introduced as "The World's Thinnest Notebook" on January 15, 2008. The first generation only had a 13.3" screen and featured an Intel Merom processor. It featured an 80 GB hard drive or a 64 GB SSD. In late 2008, the hard drive option was removed and the MacBook Air became Apple's only computer that offered just SSDs. In October of 2010, Apple updated the MacBook Air and added an 11.4" variant. On July 20, 2011, Apple introduced an updated MacBook Air with dual core i5 and i7 processors, a backlight keyboard, Bluetooh 4.0, as well as a Thunderbolt port.
