I'm trying to install OS X 10.4.11 but I get a kernel panic [closed]

I'm trying to install OS X 10.4.11 on a Apple iMac G4/700 (Flat Panel) with 512 MB of RAM and over 100 GB hard drive. When I boot from the disc I get a kernel panic.
