I'm under the impression that Boot Camp Assistant on my MacBook Pro with Retina Display creates USB Windows Installation Drive with MBR format. Now my question is simple:

If I am to be able to create a GPT-formatted partition and put Windows installation file on it and also make it bootable. How would I do it? Will Boot Camp Assistant boot that?

(I'm doing it because I also will be having a couple more partitions of OS X that my Mac will boot from, which cannot be MBR-formatted.)

EDIT:

I was also aware of that the new MacBook Air (Mid-2013) uses EFI to boot Windows which GPT will probably work fine. I'm more concerned about the other ones, for example, my own MacBook Pro.
