I have a iPhone 3GS New Bootroom, currently iOS 5.0.1 with iPad baseband (6.15.00). Is there any way or solution or tutorial on how to downgrade my baseband to 5.13.04 so that I can update to iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3?

PS: I followed some youtube video to downgrade my baseband to 5.13.04 but got failed/bricked and had to install redsnow's latest version (redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3) to recover.

I don't believe there is a new bootrom solution for downgrading the baseband. 6.15.00 is functional except for GPS, and you should have known that going into it. –  Andrew Larsson Jul 16 '13 at 16:33
