I basically want the closest thing to iMessage (native clients for me) but for use with my friends who don't use Apple devices.
I would prefer Google Talk (gtalk) but I can live with Facebook Messenger.
The easy part is setting up a group chat on one platform but can't seem to find the chatroom when move over to the opposite i.e. mobile to desktop.
I'm connecting to gtalk and Facebook through Messages.app. Any ideas?
