After updating the phone to iOS 6 I've noticed decrease in battery life and after checking in diagnostics data saw daily entries of crash logs like this:

Date:2013-02-26 00:02:36 +0000
Incident ID:0AC28569-577F-4063-93DB-4911F9552E45
Hardware Model: iPhone4,1
OS Version: iOS 6.1.2 (10B146)
System ID:
2013-02-25 05:11:26 +0000 assistant_analyzer[309]: WWAN Preferred:0;Retry Success:0;User Failure:0;Gateway availability status:0
2013-02-25 17:11:27 +0000 assistant_analyzer[368]: WWAN Preferred:0;Retry Success:0;User Failure:0;Gateway availability status:0

The logs are named Siri plist.synced but this is strange because I never use or used Siri. It has never been on.

This has been going on for several months now without any change in behaviour or improvement with any next iOS update that came out. Severals restores and later the DFU also didn't change anything.

This is also happening with only the shipped apps installed and without any third party apps.

Is this a hardware malfunction or a software bug? Do you have any suggestions what else I could try to get this fixed or figure out the origin?

Thank you

Ana
