My iPhone 4 (JB, 6.1) lost its dialing capabilities. Whenever I started my phone app it crashed. No problem receiving calls. I followed a tip on the net and uninstalled MobileSubstrate. The problem disappeared. What can I do to revive this addon?

Reinstall it and check if the problem persists. If it does, it's most likely not MobileSubstrate that's causing the problem. – duci9y Feb 22 at 15:45
