Windows XP, iTunes 10.7.0.21, iPhone 5. Automatically sync'ed music Playlist, NO iTunes Match.
I recently updated my iPhone 5 from iOS 6.0.2 to 6.1. Shortly thereafter, I was listening to 5 songs over and over. I use CloudScrob app to Scrobble my Play Counts to Last.fm each time before I sync my iPhone music with iTunes again. CloudScrob shows a list of played songs since the last scrobble.
The problem is, 2 of the 5 songs I've been playing, will not show that it's been played! Not in CloudScrob, and not in iTunes after a music sync. It acts as if I haven't played them in 4 days. When I just listened to both about 5 times in a row last night (along with the other 3).
Why won't the iPhone acknowledge those 2 songs being played the same as the rest? The songs both used to always work. The metadata is all correct, I'm real particular about that.
Is this a bug in iOS 6.1? Or just a coincidence?
What's really weird is that tonight, one of the 2 songs did register a Play Count and showed up in CloudScrob and then reflected the updated Play Count and Last Played Date properly in iTunes after I did a music sync.
