When install a VoIP phone, I can hear the far end, but they can not hear me. The far end has an airport extreme. They have a static ip which is on the airport extreme. Port 5060 (sip) is forwarded to the phone system and rtp 1024-1251 is forwarded to the phone system. Any suggestions?
